Refund policy

At Unforgettable Scentz, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be new, unused, and unopened.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Original shipping expenses are nonrefundable.

To start a return, please contact us at unforgettablescentz@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return label; however, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days at unforgettablescentz@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Free return shipping will be provided for damaged or incorrect items.

  • A replacement item or store credit will be issued once your claim is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days on our end, plus 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to finalize.

  • Most customers receive their refund within 3 weeks of returning the package.
